3. How can I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

4. My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?
Tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update in the carrier's system after shipment. If your tracking number still shows no information after a few days, please contact us at ooomaytotebag@gmail.com.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

7. When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
