Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Estimates

We work with international logistics partners to deliver our products globally. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 7 - 15 business days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We also offer free standard shipping promotions from time to time, which will be explicitly stated on our website.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ooomay is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your package is significantly delayed past the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at ooomaytotebag@gmail.com. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage in your email so we can assist you promptly.
